Must See Sights and Landmarks in Farnham Royal Area

"Westminster Abbey and the Tower of London are my personal recommendations for travellers interested in English history, though a walk by Buckingham Palace might be a better place to spot one of the royals (or at least some handsome guards!). Art-lovers can spend hours inside the Tate Modern and the National Portrait Gallery, while theater-goers will want to buy tickets for Shakespeare’s Globe or the Sam Wanamaker Playhouse. Walking through one of London’s numerous parks is also an option, and so is admiring the architecture of Tower Bridge, the Gherkin, or St. Paul’s Cathedral. In the evenings, have some fish and chips in a pub or enjoy London’s multicultural dining options."

Bring the baby and let him/her have a splash around in what can turn into a small paddling pool."

"Somerset House is a museum and historic house located in a Neoclassical building that overlooks the River Thames. The Somerset House, built in 1796, is an arts centre that is open to the public with free admission almost every day of the year. Free guided tours of the grounds are offered twice per week and the museum often offers special exhibits like Mary Sibande's I Came Apart At The Seams."

"Restaurants Chinese Bayswater. Bite-sized dim sum is brilliant for children, and Royal China’s distinctive black-and-gold restaurants are old hands at welcoming families – Chinese or otherwise. Challenge your offspring with chewy chicken’s feet, squid balls and glutinous rice or keep them sweet with delicious dumplings, char sui buns, crispy spring rolls and luscious custard tarts."
